What Graduate Roles Typically Involve
- Developing software across the full stack using multiple programming languages and modern tools
- Contributing to digital product teams that build scalable, secure, user-focused solutions
- Participate in agile ceremonies and work in a collaborative, high-trust environment
- Taking pride in end-to-end ownership from implementation through deployment and support
- Working with cutting edge approaches and cloud-native engineering practices
- Continuously refining and improving code through refactoring and quality-driven engineering
These Roles Typically Suit Graduates Who
- Are completing or have recently completed (within 3 years) a practical, engineering-focused IT degree or related discipline
- Have strong programming and system design fundamentals
- Are curious, collaborative, and passionate about building meaningful, high-quality products
- Have less than one year of professional post-graduate experience
- Live locally in Northern Ireland or plan to, as our roles require employees to attend the office regularly as part of in person collaboration
