Role Overview
Key responsibilities include:

Investigate: Build a deep understanding of:
- Your product
- Its business model
- Growth drivers Using AI, data, and user research to identify opportunities, challenge assumptions, and spot gaps.

- Collaborating with designers, engineers, and teammates To deliver solutions that directly address user needs.

Competitive compensation: Salary plus equity
- Entry-level roles:
- London: £85,797 per year
- Rest of Europe: €66,065 per year
- Experienced levels:
- London: £112,189–£250,512 per year
- Rest of Europe: €107,837–€188,848 per year

In the early stages as new hires, we expect daily presence in Milan office for first few months, regardless of future assignment. This supports:
