Role Overview

Key responsibilities include:

  • Investigate: Build a deep understanding of:

    • Your product
    • Its business model
    • Growth drivers Using AI, data, and user research to identify opportunities, challenge assumptions, and spot gaps.
  • Innovate: Leverage:

    • User insights
    • Market trends
    • Emerging technologies To develop high-impact initiatives and features. Use deductive reasoning, modern tools, and creative thinking to quickly explore and refine product direction.
  • Execute: Turn ideas into impactful results by:

    • Ruthlessly prioritising based on data
    • Owning the entire development lifecycle
    • Collaborating with designers, engineers, and teammates To deliver solutions that directly address user needs.
  • Iterate: Continuously refine projects using:

    • Experimentation
    • Robust product metrics Treat every project as a learning loop, applying insights to drive continuous improvement.
