About the Role
We're looking for motivated Graduates to join a growing technology team within a global leading financial services business. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates who enjoy solving problems, working with people, and helping turn business needs into innovative technology solutions.
In this role, you'll act as the bridge between business stakeholders and software development teams. You'll work closely with users to understand challenges and opportunities, translate requirements into clear product priorities, and collaborate with developers to deliver solutions that create real business value.
What You'll Be Doing
- Engage with stakeholders across the business to understand their processes, challenges, and goals
- Gather, analyse, and document business and user requirements
- Work alongside software development teams to define and prioritise product features and enhancements
- Help shape the product roadmap by balancing business needs with technical feasibility
- Support the delivery of new digital products, platforms, and capabilities from concept through to launch
- Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical teams to ensure successful project outcomes
- Monitor product performance, gather user feedback, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
- Assist with user acceptance testing, product demonstrations, and change management activities

We're looking for someone who is curious, organised, and eager to learn. You don't need extensive experience—what matters most is your ability to think critically, communicate effectively, and build strong relationships.
You'll ideally have:
- Degree educated
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Enjoy working with Data
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to work confidently with both technical teams and business stakeholders
- A genuine interest in technology, digital products, and innovation
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- A collaborative mindset and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
