This entry-level role will give you the opportunity to learn and grow in a supportive environment while contributing to the development of products that support clients, internal operations, and financial workflows.

You will gain hands-on experience working on real product initiatives, collaborating with experienced Product Managers, Engineers, Designers, Compliance, Operations, and other stakeholders to help define, deliver, and improve secure, scalable, and user-focused banking products.

You will report into the Product Manager or Senior Product Manager and regularly collaborate with engineering and business teams across the division.

How We Work

As a Graduate Product Manager, you will be expected to work from our London office. Corpay will set you up for success by providing:

  • Assigned workspace in the designated office
  • Company-issued equipment
  • Formal, hands-on training
  • Mentoring from experienced product and technology colleagues
  • Exposure to real product delivery, customer problems, and financial services operations

Role Responsibilities

  • Supporting Product Managers in the discovery, definition, and delivery of banking and financial services product initiatives.
  • Helping to gather, document, and clarify business requirements from internal stakeholders, clients, operations teams, compliance, and engineering.
  • Assisting in the creation and refinement of user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and product documentation.
  • Working closely with engineering teams to help translate business needs into clear, actionable delivery items.
  • Participating in team discussions, stand-ups, planning sessions, and product reviews, building your understanding of agile delivery and product development.
  • Supporting the analysis of banking, payments, accounts, onboarding, and client experience workflows to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Learning how to balance client needs, operational requirements, regulatory obligations, commercial priorities, and technical constraints.
  • Assisting with the testing and validation of new features, ensuring delivered functionality aligns with agreed requirements and expected outcomes.
  • Supporting the review of product data, user feedback, operational issues, and support trends to identify areas for improvement.
  • Developing an understanding of banking products, payment flows, client accounts, mandates, permissions, financial controls, and regulatory considerations.
  • Working with internal teams to help ensure product changes are clearly communicated, documented, and embedded into operational processes.
  • Maintaining accurate, complete, and timely product documentation, decision records, and requirements in accordance with internal policies and governance standards.
  • Learning the fundamentals of risk, control, AML/CFT, KYC, transaction monitoring, and regulatory considerations as they apply to banking product development.
  • Collaborating with Compliance, Operations, Engineering, and Client Experience teams to support consistent decision-making and effective escalation where required.
  • Communicating progress, risks, dependencies, and challenges clearly to your manager, mentor, and wider team.
  • Taking ownership of your learning journey and actively seeking feedback to develop your product, commercial, and technical understanding.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
