English 1 is hiring recent graduates and early-career professionals to teach English in China. No prior teaching experience required. Full training, visa sponsorship, and structured career development are included.

Role Summary

Teach English to young learners (ages 3–16) in an immersive, interactive classroom environment while leveraging English 1’s award-winning curriculum and innovative tools.


What You’ll Do

  • Deliver high-energy English lessons using structured materials and digital resources
  • Foster confidence and communication skills in non-native English speakers
  • Participate in school events, cultural activities, and student engagement programs
  • Collaborate with colleagues to enhance teaching methods and student outcomes

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (any subject)
  • Valid passport (or multiple-entry visa with visa-free China entry)
  • Genuine interest in education, travel, and cultural exchange
  • ESL certification (TEFL/TESOL/CELTA) preferred, but English 1 can sponsor (limited availability).
  • Clean criminal background check
