The Opportunity
As an MBA Graduate, you’ll be responsible for running, growing, and managing all aspects of United Media. This role includes:
- Building and leading a world-class team
- Ensuring the successful execution of strategies and conference initiatives
- Establishing the brand as a leading authority in industry knowledge, networking, and inspiration in key sectors.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead recruitment, team building, and performance management, fostering a high-performing culture
- Drive business growth by developing partnerships, client relationships, and new revenue streams
- Set clear KPIs, goals, and performance evaluations to ensure team alignment and accountability
- Oversee all branding, product development, and market positioning
- Coordinate conference planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring on-time and within-budget execution
- Resource allocation, task delegation, and progress monitoring across departments
- Identify expansion opportunities with existing clients and collaborate with business development on new acquisitions

Requirements
- 4+ years of high-impact experience from fast-paced environments, such as:
- Management consulting
- Investment banking
- Top-tier corporate roles
- Start-up scaling
✔ Bachelor’s degree (preferably completed with outstanding results) + MBA (highly regarded schools preferred, no strict requirement for programme type)
✔ Strong commercial awareness with an entrepreneurial mindset
✔ Excellent communication skills (clear, professional, and inspiring)
✔ Proven ability to deliver results in a fast-moving corporate or start-up context
✔ UK, EU, or US work permit required for this position
