Medical Graduate Program – “Reach” (Hybrid, London or Manchester UK)
Location: Hybrid – based within commutable distance to London or Manchester (UK offices)

About the Program
Avalere’s Medical Communications team is launching «Reach»—an exclusive 12-month graduate program designed for commercially focused scientists eager to build careers in medical communications.
Through structured rotations and project-based work, you’ll:
- Contribute to real client solutions that help Avalere’s mission—"reach every patient possible"
- Rotate every four months across three core areas:
- Scientific Communications
- Project Management / Client Services
- Digital & Creative Strategy
- Develop skills to shape life-changing healthcare projects and bridge patients with cutting-edge treatments
Upon successful completion, you’ll have the opportunity to transition into a permanent role.

About You
We’re looking for eager, adaptable, science-savvy graduates who thrive in fast-paced, collaborative environments. To qualify, you must meet most (if not all) of the following:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in:
- Biomedical Science
- Biological Sciences
- Biochemistry
- Pharmacology
- Biotechnology
- Physiology
- or similarly applied life sciences disciplines
- Outstanding communication skills: Verify you can clearly translate technical concepts to varied audiences
- Strong scientific grasp and persuasion: As proven by concise, impactful writing and speaking
- Digital/book smarts:
- Experience with emerging tools like AI applications (no prerequisite mastery, but curiosity and learning agility are expected)
- Comfort navigating evolving technology landscapes
- Multitasking prowess: The ability to juggle tasks while delivering sharp quality remains intact
- Professional collision course: A positive, problem-solving mindset with tangible work ethic
