Applications are now open for our 2026 Graduate Programme in London, commencing in September 2026.

We are looking for ambitious 2026 graduates who are at the beginning of their construction careers and interested in one of two specific pathways:

  • Quantity Surveying
  • Construction Management/Site Management

This is an opportunity to join an award-winning Tier One contractor, contribute to landmark projects across Greater London and launch your career with one of the industry’s most respected construction companies.

Applicants should have completed, or be due to complete in 2026, a relevant degree, including:

  • Quantity Surveying
  • Construction Economics

  • Hands-on experience on live construction projects across Greater London
  • Structured rotations across key areas of the JJR business
  • Experience across both site and office-based environments
  • Professional membership support and guidance towards chartership with institutions such as RICS or CIOB

To be considered, you must have completed your degree by the programme start date and be available to commence employment in London in September 2026.

Through structured rotations, live project experience and professional development, you will build the practical knowledge and skills needed to establish a successful career in either Quantity Surveying or Construction Management.
