The Role

Graduate Programme

  • Work across various departments in financial services.

  • Be assigned a dedicated Academy Manager, with mentorship from senior leaders and peer graduates.

Key Programmes

1. Exposure to Business Projects

  • Work on real departmental projects, gaining hands-on experience across financial services.
  • Develop a 360° understanding of Together’s operations—from underwriting to strategy.

Graduate Team: First Line Risk & Customer Strategy

Why This Team?

The First Line Risk and Customer Strategy Teams are critical in guiding the business towards well-informed decisions—balancing customer outcomes, commercial priorities, and risk management. This includes:

  • Supporting informed decision-making across teams.
  • Analysing customer behaviour, identifying risks, and providing actionable insights.
  • Enhancing processes, controls, and customer experience.

What This Role Involves

Core Responsibilities

  • Analyse and interpret data, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Review datasets, processes, policies, and controls for improvement opportunities.
  • Clearly document findings and recommendations across all stakeholder groups.
  • Consistently demonstrate a problem-solving mindset by challenging assumptions and proposing innovations.
  • Prioritise multiple tasks efficiently under time constraints.
  • Uphold high standards of professionalism and integrity, particularly with sensitive/confidential data.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

✅ Minimum: Expectation of a 2:2 university degree (graduating in 2025 or 2026). ✅ Interest in financial services and property finance. ✅ Availability to commute to Cheadle daily (role is not remote). ✅ Problem-solving approach, with a passion for learning and growth in an ambitious company.

Technical Considerations

✖ Desirable (not essential): Experience with tools like Power BI, SQL, Python, or Tableau alongside core Microsoft Excel proficiency (formulas, analysis).
