[Job Title] Graduate Management Accountant

Job Description

We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented Graduate Management Accountants to join our dynamic finance team.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • To assist with the completion of month-end accounts, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting.
  • To support various ad hoc projects that involve assessing the accounting treatment of transactions, gaining valuable experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • To play a key role in providing information to auditors during quarter and year-end audits, helping to maintain our high standards of financial compliance.

Job Requirements

Graduate Management Accountants

  • Graduating in 2025 or due in 2026.
  • Minimum achievement or expectation of a 2:1 degree.
  • An interest and enthusiasm for working in Financial Services.
  • Commuting to Cheadle on a daily basis (not remote).
  • A problem-solving approach and a desire to learn new tools and technologies.
  • Experience in Microsoft Excel (e.g. formulas, basic analysis) and other tools (e.g. SQL, Power BI, Python, cloud platforms, or digital products), though not essential.

Qualifications & Desirables

  • Graduated in 2025 or are due to complete in 2026.
  • Strong analytical mind and enthusiasm for computing, data, or administration.
  • Problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn new technologies and methods.

  • A problem-solving approach and a keen desire to learn new tools and technologies.
  • Experience in Microsoft Excel (e.g., formulas, basic analysis), with extra points for skills in SQL, Power BI, Python, cloud platforms, or digital products.
