Graduate programme, Marketing & COO 2026
Unique 12-Month Graduate Programme
(Please do not apply if you require a visa. You will need a British passport, Dual passport, or ILR—Indefinite leave to remain.)
This programme is:
- Based in London
- Offers a permanent contract
- A graduate opportunity for recent master’s graduates
- A comprehensive learning experience in a renowned Private Bank
- Designed to provide in-depth, practical exposure across the business
The programme spans two rotations:
- 6-month stint in the Chief Operating Officer (COO) team
- 6-month stint in the Communications and Marketing team
- After completion, candidates transition into a permanent role within one of these teams
Target candidates have:
- A master’s degree in Finance, Business, Marketing, Media and PR, Economics, or Engineering from a prestigious university
- Up to 12 months of professional experience (post-graduation)
- Upon success, you’ll apply learned skills, network insights, and relevant knowledge in a permanent role aligned to your strengths

In the Communications team, the candidate will:
- Report to the Head of Communications and Marketing
- Collaborate with UK-based and global teams in Geneva/other locations
- Key focus areas:
- Preparing external and internal communications
- Drafting briefing notes for spokespeople (media engagements and events)
- Supporting internal and client events
- Assisting in delivery of digital campaigns
In the COO team, the candidate will:
- Report to the Head of COO Office Strategy
- Gain exposure to teams in Operations, Technology, HR, Legal, Change Management, and Strategy
- Potential project scopes:
- Building dashboards/KPIs and budgeting
- Analysing processes and recommending improvements
- Supporting strategic initiatives (e.g. tracking milestones, risks, dependencies)
- Assisting data quality initiatives
- Preparing materials and packs for forums/operational committees
Requirements
Educational Background:
- Recent Master’s graduate in Finance, Business, Marketing, Media and PR, Economics, or Engineering
- From a highly recognised university

Work Experience:
- Relevant finance industry internship (advantageous but not mandatory)
Technical Skills Required:
- Strong proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Language:
- Fluency in English

- Ability to engage and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical/data handling capabilities
- Effective problem-solving, results-driven, and proactive mindset
