About the Role…
- We are looking for a motivated graduate to join our team for a 6-week project, reporting into the Curriculum Content team.
- The successful candidate will support the conversion of our existing planning resources into a new, consistent publication format using Adobe InDesign.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain practical experience in document design, layout, publishing, and project delivery within a professional environment.

What you’ll be doing…
- Convert existing planning resources into a new InDesign template
- Format text, tables, images, and graphics to ensure consistency and accuracy
- Apply brand and style guidelines throughout all documents
- Check formatting, pagination, and document quality before finalisation
- Liaise with the project team to clarify content and resolve formatting issues
- Maintain organised file management and version control
- Meet agreed deadlines while managing multiple documents
What you’ll need…
Essential:
- Recent graduate or final-year student in Graphic Design, Communication Design, Publishing or a related discipline
- High proficiency in Adobe InDesign
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently while taking direction from the project team
- Good written communication skills
Desirable:
- Experience working with long-form documents or educational resources
- Familiarity with Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft Office
- Understanding of document accessibility and publication best practice
