The Company
Dynisma is revolutionising the automotive and motorsport driving simulator market with its disruptive Motion Generator technology. Our cutting-edge approach to simulator design delivers more data about vehicle dynamics and ride to drivers and passengers with less latency and more accurately than any other motion simulators available.
The Role
As a Graduate Project Manager, you will support the successful planning and delivery of Dynisma's engineering projects. Working alongside experienced Project and Programme Managers, you will help coordinate activities across the business, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to specification.
You will be responsible for maintaining project schedules, monitoring progress, coordinating resources and supporting effective communication between engineering, operations, customers and suppliers. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop a career in project management within a fast-paced, innovative engineering environment.
The Person
An enthusiastic and motivated individual who is keen to develop a career in project management within a dynamic and fast-paced business. You will be highly organised with excellent communication skills and enjoy working collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams. You are proactive, eager to learn and able to balance multiple priorities while maintaining a strong attention to detail.

- Support the delivery of Dynisma projects to agreed milestone dates, budgets and customer requirements.
- Maintain project schedules and track progress against key deliverables.
- Coordinate project activities across engineering, operations and supporting business functions.
- Monitor project budgets and support Estimated Cost to Completion reporting.
- Identify project risks, issues and dependencies, escalating where appropriate and supporting resolution activities.
- Assist in forecasting project resource requirements and communicating demand to relevant stakeholders.
- Prepare project documentation, status reports and customer-facing information.
- Support Project and Programme Managers in monitoring project performance and delivery.
- Maintain accurate and auditable project documentation and records.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the Project Management team.
- Support collaboration with customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure all project activities are completed in accordance with company policies and quality standards.
Education
Degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.
Skills
- Excellent organisational and planning skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; experience with Microsoft Project or similar planning tools would be advantageous.
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team.
- A genuine interest in engineering, technology and project delivery.
