Responsibilities

As a Graduate Project Manager, you would instantaneously become a pivotal resource onsite for one of our clients, collaborating closely with senior staff and working end-to-end on a project lifecycle. Your role is crucial in contributing to nationwide Change and IT project success; it’s dynamic, exciting, and no week is similar to the last.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope and objectives.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, ensuring alignment with organisational goals.
  • Assist in the identification and mitigation of project risks.
  • Communicate project progress and updates to stakeholders.
  • Work closely with IT professionals to ensure successful project implementation.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes.

Requirements

  • Possession of an undergraduate degree
  • Right to work in the United Kingdom
  • Strong soft skills, excellent communication abilities
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail
  • Strong GCSE and A-Level grades (or equivalent)
  • A passionate interest in Change and IT
