Position: Graduate Project Manager
Location: Manchester, UK
Starting salary: £26,300
Application Requirements:
- Have achieved a 2:1 undergraduate degree
- Right to work in the UK unsponsored for the duration of the programme
- Ability to be on site 5 days a week
About the Role
As a Graduate Project Manager, you’ll support the delivery of change and transformation projects for high‑profile clients. You’ll work in a consulting environment, contributing high‑quality outputs and developing core project management skills while building the foundations of a long‑term consulting career. This role offers hands‑on exposure to project delivery, stakeholder engagement, and the use of business tools to drive change.
You’ll suit this role if you’re analytical, organised, and adaptable, with a genuine interest in how organisations deliver change.

What You’ll Do as a Graduate Project Manager
You’ll support project delivery and transformation activity through responsibilities such as:
- Project Planning & Coordination: Supporting project plans, schedules, and milestones, and helping manage the peaks and troughs of delivery across the project lifecycle
- Delivery Support: Contributing to project workstreams, tracking actions, and ensuring high‑quality outputs are delivered on time
- Stakeholder & Client Support: Working closely with clients and internal teams, supporting clear communication and acting as a strong service provider
- Reporting & Documentation: Producing clear, structured updates, reports, and materials using tools such as PowerPoint, Excel, and Teams
- Risk, Issue & Dependency Management: Identifying risks and issues early, supporting mitigation actions, and escalation where required
- Change & Transformation: Supporting initiatives focused on process, technology, and organisational change, helping turn insight into meaningful outcomes
- Data & Analysis: Using data and insight to inform delivery decisions, track progress, and support continuous improvement
