Are you a recent graduate looking to build a career in commercial property, asset management and real estate investment?
CRT Property Investments Ltd is seeking an ambitious and motivated Graduate Property & Asset Management Surveyor to join our growing team. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience managing a substantial commercial property portfolio while contributing to the regeneration of former coalfield communities across Britain.

About CRT Property and the Coalfields Regeneration Trust
The Coalfields Regeneration Trust (CRT) was established in 1999 to help tackle the economic and social challenges faced by former mining communities across England, Scotland and Wales. Since its formation, CRT has worked to create jobs, improve health and wellbeing, support communities and drive long-term regeneration in coalfield areas.
CRT Property Investments Ltd is the wholly-owned subsidiary of the Coalfields Regeneration Trust. CRT Property owns and manages a portfolio of commercial and industrial property assets across Britain and develops new employment space in former coalfield communities. Rental income generated by CRT Property helps fund the charitable work of the Trust through annual gift aid donations, creating a unique model where commercial property investment directly supports social impact.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
