We are looking for an enthusiastic graduate to join our successful bid writing team in Farnborough.
This is an opportunity to start a career in bid writing within a high-performing proposals team.
You will be a recent graduate with excellent writing skills and an interest in shaping winning tender responses.
Making Possible
As a Graduate in the Proposals team you will be:
- Supporting bid teams to shape, write and edit winning tender responses
- Developing case studies to capture evidence from our projects for use in tenders
- Creating CVs to showcase project team skills and experience
- Attending and helping to facilitate writing plan workshops
- Participating in bid reviews
- Assisting teams to develop presentations

What do you bring to the role?
- A degree completed in the last two years or due to complete in 2026
- Highly competent in writing clear and grammatically correct English
- An interest in researching, and translating complex information into clear, persuasive content
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- Diligent with the drive to deliver to strict deadlines
