Key Responsibilities
- Support pupils in 1:1 and small group settings
- Assist students with SEND, SEMH, autism, ADHD, or additional learning needs
- Help foster a positive, safe, and engaging learning environment
- Collaborate with teachers and pastoral staff to support progress and wellbeing
- Encourage confidence, independence, and social development
- Build strong, trusting relationships with students and teammates
Requirements
- Recent Psychology graduate with a 1st or 2.1 degree (required)
- Strong academic background, including matching A Level & GCSEs
- Patience, empathy, and resilience with excellent communication skills
- (Preferred, but not essential) Past experience in a school, tutoring, or care setting
