Key Responsibilities

  • Support pupils in 1:1 and small group settings
  • Assist students with SEND, SEMH, autism, ADHD, or additional learning needs
  • Help foster a positive, safe, and engaging learning environment
  • Collaborate with teachers and pastoral staff to support progress and wellbeing
  • Encourage confidence, independence, and social development
  • Build strong, trusting relationships with students and teammates

Requirements

  • Recent Psychology graduate with a 1st or 2.1 degree (required)
  • Strong academic background, including matching A Level & GCSEs
  • Patience, empathy, and resilience with excellent communication skills
  • (Preferred, but not essential) Past experience in a school, tutoring, or care setting
