Purpose of the Role

We are currently seeking a Graduate Quantity Surveyor for our London Team. This is a great opportunity to build your career with a long-established main contractor and gain experience of multi-million-pound projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support Senior Quantity Surveyors with monthly cost/value reports
  • Assist in the preparation and submitting of monthly valuations
  • Help with the preparation of final accounts
  • Negotiation of accounts and quotations
  • General administration
  • Attend Site Meetings as required

You will need

  • A degree in Quantity Surveying or similar
  • Relevant work experience with a main contractor or consultancy practice
  • Experience in BoQ production
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent numeracy, verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team but also on own initiative
