What You’ll be doing
- Building strong relationships with healthcare professionals and clients
- Arranging and attending meetings and networking events
- Headhunting, matching, and placing candidates into live locum roles
- Managing the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to locum placement
- Developing new business and growing your own specialist market
- Working towards targets with support and coaching from experienced mentors
- Learning key commercial skills, negotiation, persuasion, and influencing

Where You’ll be working
In the office five days a week based at WeWork 2 Minster Court, a vibrant workspace with stunning views from the eighth floor, with access to WeWork community amenities, roof terrace, wellness room, barista coffee, recreational games, drinks on tap between 3-6pm, bicycle storage, and social events.

You’ll enjoy a mix of office collaboration and external client and candidate meetings, with easy access to London Bridge, Monument, Tower Hill, Bank, and Fenchurch Street stations and iconic landmarks The Tower of London, Monument, and Leadenhall Market.
Salary
As a recruitment consultant, your earnings combine a competitive basic salary with uncapped commission. You’ll be rewarded directly for your results through our commission and salary incentive schemes. The typical starting salary is £25,000 and in typically year one on-target earnings (OTE) £25,000–£35,000 OTE, growing exponentially thereafter based on your results.
