We're looking for motivated graduates to join our growing team in London and build successful careers in specialist recruitment.
No recruitment experience is required—we'll teach you everything you need to know.
What You'll Be Doing
As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, you'll receive structured training before taking ownership of your own specialist market.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Building relationships with technology and engineering professionals across Europe.
- Sourcing candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and our extensive internal database.
- Conducting candidate interviews and qualification calls.
- Managing the recruitment process from initial contact through to successful placement.
- Developing long-term relationships with clients and candidates.
- Learning specialist markets within engineering and technology.
- Negotiating offers and supporting candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Working towards clear progression and personal performance targets.

- Degree educated (any discipline).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly motivated and driven to succeed.
- Competitive mindset with a strong work ethic.
- Resilient and confident speaking with people.
- Commercial awareness and willingness to learn.
- Organised with strong attention to detail.
- A positive attitude and desire to build a long-term career.
- Previous sales or recruitment experience is not required.
