Looking to kick-start your career in recruitment?
I'm currently working with a number of established recruitment agencies across the UK who are looking to hire ambitious graduates and aspiring recruitment consultants.
Whether you've recently graduated or have experience in sales, hospitality, retail, customer service or another people-focused role, there are fantastic opportunities available with firms that offer exceptional training, clear career progression and uncapped earning potential.
The Opportunity
As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, you'll receive comprehensive training while learning how to build relationships, source top talent and partner with clients across a variety of industries.

Responsibilities include:
- Sourcing and interviewing candidates.
- Building relationships with clients and candidates.
- Managing the recruitment process from initial conversation through to placement.
- Advertising vacancies and proactively headhunting talent.
- Developing new business opportunities and growing client relationships.
- Negotiating offers and supporting candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Keeping up to date with market trends and industry developments.

- Recent graduates (all degree disciplines considered)
- Confident communicators who enjoy building relationships
- Motivated, ambitious and resilient individuals
- Commercially minded people with a strong work ethic
- Previous experience in sales, hospitality, customer service or other target-driven environments is advantageous but not essential
