I'm currently working with a number of established recruitment agencies across the UK who are looking to hire ambitious graduates and aspiring recruitment consultants.

Responsibilities include:
- Sourcing and interviewing candidates.
- Building relationships with clients and candidates.
- Managing the recruitment process from initial conversation through to placement.
- Advertising vacancies and proactively headhunting talent.
- Developing new business opportunities and growing client relationships.
- Negotiating offers and supporting candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Keeping up to date with market trends and industry developments.
What my clients are looking for
- Recent graduates (all degree disciplines considered)
- Confident communicators who enjoy building relationships
- Motivated, ambitious and resilient individuals
- Commercially minded people with a strong work ethic
- Previous experience in sales, hospitality, customer service or other target-driven environments is advantageous but not essential
