Trainee Recruitment Consultant: Commercial Experience Wanted
Location: Central London
£28K base salary.
Up to 40 percent commission. No threshold.

What You Will Do: Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Build expertise in the UK and US FinTech markets
- Develop relationships with high-level clients and candidates
- Source and place top-tier talent
- Manage the full recruitment cycle
- Negotiate deals and close placements
What You Need: Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- 2:1 degree in any subject
- Proven sales or target-driven experience
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Competitive, resilient, and self-motivated
- Driven by progression and high earnings
