- Establish trust-based networks with hiring managers
✅ Recruitment execution
- Source, interview, and place top talent in Gaming/Tech roles
- Partner with clients and candidates to meet precise placement needs
- Compile and submit evaluations and feedback

- Host engaging podcasts to discuss industry insights
- Grow your personal brand through strategic social media development
- Organise or attend professional networking events

Salary & Commission Breakdown
- Starter salary: £26,500
- Bonus potential: 35–40% commission on successful placements
- After your first year, earn £30,000–£40,000 total (base + commission) After two years, expect £40,000–£70,000+ Within 3 years, aim for £70,000–£100,000+
