As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, you’ll:
- Host high-quality podcasts and build your social media presence within Gaming or Tech sectors
- Develop close-knit relationships with prestigious companies and industry professionals
- Engage in candid, no-BS recruitment—no cold calling required
- Travel frequently to attend industry events across the Nordics and beyond
- Interview candidates and make tailored job offers

- Compile and submit evaluations and feedback

- Host engaging podcasts to discuss industry insights
- Grow your personal brand through strategic social media development
- Organise or attend professional networking events

Salary & Commission Breakdown
- Starter salary: £26,500
- Bonus potential: 35–40% commission on successful placements
- After your first year, earn £30,000–£40,000 total (base + commission) After two years, expect £40,000–£70,000+ Within 3 years, aim for £70,000–£100,000+
