What You Will Get: Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- £28K base salary
- Uncapped commission up to 40 percent with no threshold
- Realistic first-year earnings of £50K or more

What We Are Looking For: Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Degree from a Russell Group university
- Some commercial or sales experience is beneficial
- Ambitious, driven, and highly motivated by earnings
- Competitive mindset, with a background in sports being advantageous
- Strong communication skills and confidence
