  • Uncapped commission up to 40 percent with no threshold

What We Are Looking For: Trainee Recruitment Consultant

  • Degree from a Russell Group university
  • Some commercial or sales experience is beneficial
  • Ambitious, driven, and highly motivated by earnings
  • Competitive mindset, with a background in sports being advantageous
  • Strong communication skills and confidence
