Graduate Recruitment Consultant – Cardiff

At g2, we specialise in developing high-performing sales professionals in fast-paced, high-demand markets!
Now, g2 Cardiff are hiring — we are looking for ambitious graduates to join our City Centre office. Our Cardiff team, led by Adam Walsh (one of g2’s top billers), specialises in recruitment within the European Engineering industry. The team places top-tier talent to support major Data Centre and Mission-Critical Projects in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
Immediate and Summer start dates available.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Sourcing and headhunting top candidates
- Building and managing your own client portfolio
- Developing strong, long-term relationships with clients and candidates
- Negotiating offers and closing deals
- Managing the full recruitment cycle from business development to placement

What We’re Looking For

What’s In It For You
- Base Salary: £25,000 - £26,000+
- Uncapped Commission: OTE £35k+ in Year 1, £60k+ in Year 2, £100k+ in Year 3

Location
Cardiff City Centre – CF10 3FD (must live within a commutable distance from the office).
Interview Process
- 1st stage: Telephone call with a member of our Talent Acquisition team
- 2nd stage: Teams call
- 3rd stage: Face-to-face interview in the Cardiff office (likely a 1-1 with Adam Walsh or a dynamic Assessment Centre day)
- Offer: Walk away from your face-to-face interview with an offer on the same day!
