Key Responsibilities
Your role will demand ownership across multiple stages of recruitment:

Process ownership:
- Define roles and candidate profiles.
- Source talent (for both ‘shouting’ talents—obvious candidates—and ‘whispering’ talents—covert talent).
- Screen CVs, plan assessments, write interview scripts, and execute interviews yourself.

Employer brand:
- Strengthen our positioning as a top recruiter in Insurtech.
- Drive recruitment automation and optimise internal workflows.

Onboarding excellence:
- Improve processes in close partnership with management and stakeholders.

We’re seeking proactive, motivated individuals with:
- Academic excellence: A bachelor’s or master’s degree with a strong track record (top grades preferred).
- Drive: A relentless desire to excel—no room for complacency.

- Comfort building rapport: The ability to make others feel at ease during conversations.
- Curiosity to grow: Willingness to learn—we’ll equip you with recruitment expertise through training.
- UK work eligibility: Essential as the role is London-based.
Work Arrangement
- Start date: Flexible.
- Location: Onsite, Monday–Friday, at Buckingham Gate, London, ensuring collaboration for high-impact results.
