Trainee Recruitment Consultant | Leeds City Centre
Salary:
£26,500 base salary + Uncapped Commission. Realistic first year OTE of £55,000+

We're recruiting on behalf of a growing executive search business that partners with leading organisations across the US market. Due to continued growth, they're looking to hire ambitious individuals who are eager to learn, develop new skills, and build a successful long term career.
The Role:
As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you'll work closely with experienced professionals to identify and engage top talent, build strong relationships with candidates and clients, and manage recruitment processes from start to finish.

Key responsibilities include:
- Sourcing and engaging high calibre candidates
- Building and maintaining relationships with candidates and clients
- Managing recruitment processes through to successful placement
- Developing your market knowledge and professional network
- Generating new business opportunities
- Working towards clear performance targets and career milestones
This role would suit someone who:
- Is a recent graduate or has a background in sports, sales, hospitality, retail, customer service, or another people focused environment
- Enjoys speaking with people and building relationships
- Is ambitious, motivated, and eager to progress
- Has a strong work ethic and a positive attitude
- Wants to develop commercial skills and maximise their earning potential
