Graduate Recruitment & Marketing Consultant, Wolverton Mill, Milton Keynes

Salary & Benefits

  • £28,000 basic salary (+ uncapped bonus & commission)
    • Realistic Year One earnings: £35,000 (On-Target Earnings rising to £55,000+ in Year Two)

What You’ll Be Doing

This isn’t traditional sales. It’s a high-level mix of digital marketing and consultancy—but with a human touch:

  • No cold calling—you’ll engage with pre-qualified leads and warm contacts.
  • Use emotional intelligence & interview expertise to assess personality fit, professional potential, and "gravitas" via phone/video.
  • Build data-driven talent campaigns across social platforms and our proprietary CMS.
  • Leverage AI-assisted CRM and analytics to identify market trends and opportunities.
