Osprey Engineering Solutions is looking for driven, ambitious graduates to join our Birmingham team and train as Recruitment Consultants.
You don’t need a recruitment background. You don’t need to know a hydraulic cylinder from a pneumatic actuator. What you do need is drive, personality, and a willingness to learn from some of the best consultants in the industry.

Osprey is a specialist engineering recruitment consultancy. We place the people behind the UK’s manufacturing and industrial sectors — from hydraulics and pneumatics to robotics and automation. You don’t need to know any of that yet. We’ll teach you.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Learning the craft from consultants with 20+ years’ experience
- Speaking to engineers, hiring managers, and industry leaders every day
- Sourcing candidates, managing interviews, and running your own roles
- Growing your own patch and your client base as you progress
- Hitting targets, earning commission and having a laugh while you do it
