The Role
Recruitment Specialist (Executive Search โ FIFTEEN WEST)
A recent graduate or fast learner wanting to join a fast-paced, specialist recruitment team. Admire building relationships and are motivated by sales-style opportunities. Not pleasant to work alongsideโbuilding bonds with candidates and clients that last.
- Collaboration: Paired with a results-driven executive team known for coaching, mentoring, and scaling recruitment businesses efficiently.
- No experience neededโbut you must thrive in networking, negotiating, and growing relationships.
