Acceler8 Talent, part of the Understanding Recruitment Group, is a specialist technology recruitment business with offices in St Albans and Boston. We’re in an exciting period of growth and are looking for ambitious graduates to join our high-performing teams.


About the Role

As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, you’ll join a structured training programme designed to set you up for success from day one. You’ll be supported by our in-house Learning & Development team, external industry experts, and experienced consultants who will mentor you throughout your career.

You’ll work closely with an established client base, helping to source top technology talent across specialist markets including:

  • AI
  • Machine learning
  • Quantum computing
  • Silicon photonics
  • Emerging technologies
