What You'll Be Doing:
- Building relationships with clients and candidates in your niche market
- Managing the full recruitment lifecycle - from outreach to offer
- Using tools like LinkedIn, cold calling, and networking to source top talent
- Generating new business opportunities through proactive outreach
- Becoming an expert in your market and owning your recruitment desk
