Your Role As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, you’ll learn how to run a full recruitment desk from day one:

- Candidate Management: Source, screen, and place candidates into suitable roles

Starting salary: ÂŁ25k basic, with regular performance-based increases

- A recent graduate (Bachelor’s degree minimum)
- Confident, ambitious, and target-driven
- Strong communication skills
