The Harnham Academy Route Into Recruitment
Location: Wimbledon, Southwest London
Salary: £26,000 base plus uncapped commission
Start Date: September 2026

You will join one of our specialist Data and AI teams, sitting alongside experienced recruiters while also receiving structured training run by our Learning and Development team.
Training Timeline and Progression
Your development is mapped out clearly from day one:
Months 1 to 3
You build candidate management skills, learn tools, process, sourcing, screening, and communication fundamentals.
Month 3 Review
You will be reviewed for progression into Business Development training or continue to deepen your delivery experience depending on readiness.
Months 4 to 6
Either begin BD Academy one day per week to learn sales and client acquisition, or continue developing in a 180 role before progressing later.
From this point, you are on the path to becoming a 360 Consultant, taking ownership for both clients and candidates, and earning uncapped commission on every placement.
