About the Opportunity
Barrington James is growing and we're looking for motivated graduates to join our Horsham office as Graduate Recruitment Consultants within the global Life Sciences sector.
In this role, you'll connect exceptional talent with innovative biotechnology and pharmaceutical organizations that are developing the next generation of life-changing therapies.

Your Responsibilities
As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, you will:
- Build lasting relationships with Life Sciences professionals
- Work closely with biotechnology and pharmaceutical clients to identify hiring needs
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates through to successful placements
- Develop your sales, negotiation, and business development skills
- Work towards performance targets with uncapped earning potential
