TYG is hiring ambitious Graduate Recruitment Consultants to join our next intake August 2026.
We’re bringing in a group of 4 graduates and early-career hires to start together in late August, meaning you’ll learn together, train together, and grow together from day one.

You do not need recruitment experience to apply. We’re looking for people with the right attitude, energy, and ambition. What you’ll be doing
- Building relationships with clients and candidates
- Headhunting top talent across the US market
- Managing the recruitment process from start to finish
- Negotiating offers and closing deals
- Working in a target-driven, high-energy environment

We exclusively recruit into the US market, meaning larger fees and stronger earning potential. Typical working hours are 10am to 6:30pm.
