What You'll Be Doing
Recruitment is a sales-driven, people-focused career where you build your own market and client base. Your role will involve:
- Business development and client outreach
- Sourcing high-quality candidates
- Managing the full recruitment process
- Negotiating offers and closing deals
- Becoming a market specialist in sectors such as:
