What We Offer:

  • Uncapped Commission & Earnings: Base salary of £25,000 (+ new starter allowance), realistic first-year earnings of £30,000. Second-year potential of £40,000+, with top performers hitting £100,000+ by year four.

The Role

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will manage the full recruitment cycle, acting as a key partner between businesses and job seekers. You’ll be responsible for:

  • Engaging with businesses to understand their hiring needs and offer tailored recruitment solutions in European environments
  • Driving revenue growth through strategic business development
  • Sourcing top talent through headhunting, networking, and job boards (cold calling)
  • Managing the interview and placement process, negotiating offers, and closing deals
  • Building lasting relationships with clients and candidates to drive ongoing success
