The Mackenzie Stuart Group consists of our Leeds HQ Mackenzie Stuart and subsidiaries including TH Daniels, Indenovo Global, Novaris Search, JB Andrews, Axzel Search & Atrio Search, who are all hiring for their offices this summer!
Here's what we offer:
- £29,000 basic salary
- Uncapped commission, with average first-year OTE of £50k+ with top performers earning over £150K in their first full year!
- 12-week tailored training programme
- Fast progression, with average management progression in 12–18 months

The Role:
- Manage your own desk within the wider business, focusing on one of our niche global sectors
- Headhunt high-calibre talent for senior-level and specialist international roles
- Develop new client relationships from day one, then maintain & build on these relationships to become a big name within your market
- Manage the full end-to-end recruitment process
- Work towards clearly defined targets and KPIs to deliver results
