The Highlights: Graduate Recruitment Consultant
- £28k base salary + 40% commission on top
- OTE year 1 = £45k+
- Classroom and one-on-one training from top billers and the directors of the business

- Promotion targets are realistic and are often hit within 5-6 months
- WFH 1-2 days a week after promotion
- 25 days paid holiday a week + 2 weeks during Christmas

The Role: Graduate Recruitment Consultant
- Understanding the market and advising the clients
- Doing your own business development and finding clients to negotiate deals with
- Acknowledging what the client is looking for out of an employee and market mapping for them
- Sourcing and screening that candidate through cold calling, LinkedIn, headhunting and advertising
- Taking them through the interview process and guiding them how to succeed and get placed
What We Look For: Graduate Recruitment Consultant
- Degree educated with a 2:1 or above
- Well educated with a strong understanding of the industry
- Confident communication skills
- Financially driven that will motivate you to work towards commission
- Resilient personality
- Ambitious and money motivated which ensures a drive to succeed
- A team player who will help their colleagues when times get tough
- Competitive personality who will push themselves to aim higher every time
