The Opportunity
Executive Search is one of the most rewarding sectors within recruitment.
Rather than working on high-volume vacancies, you'll partner with clients to identify and recruit senior professionals into key leadership positions across specialist markets.
Placement fees regularly reach six figures, meaning you'll work on high-value assignments while developing genuine expertise within your market.
From day one, you'll receive structured training from experienced consultants, allowing you to build commercial, sales and consulting skills that will benefit you throughout your career.
What You'll Be Doing
As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, you'll receive comprehensive training and learn every aspect of the recruitment process.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Building relationships with clients and senior industry professionals
- Sourcing and engaging high-calibre candidates
- Conducting candidate interviews
- Managing the full 360 recruitment process
- Arranging interviews and coordinating feedback
- Negotiating offers
- Market mapping and competitor research
- Building long-term professional networks
- Developing new business opportunities
- Becoming a specialist within your market
- Working towards individual and team targets
