Graduate Recruitment Consultant | Bristol | £25k-£30k Basic + 20-40% Commission

Multiple opportunities. One conversation.

At Lowen Talent, we're working exclusively with a number of leading recruitment businesses across Bristol, all looking to grow their teams with ambitious graduates. Rather than applying to one company and hoping it's the right fit, we'll match you to the business, sector and culture that suits you best, from education and tech through to public sector and beyond.

This is a career, not just a graduate scheme. Recruitment is fast paced, target driven and genuinely rewarding for those who put the work in, with some of the most uncapped earning potential available straight out of university.

Who they're looking for

Any degree, any subject, this isn't about what you studied. What matters is a hunger to succeed, a naturally engaging personality, and the resilience to keep going when things don't go your way first time round.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
