What You'll Be Doing
As a Graduate Consultant, you'll act as a trusted advisor, helping businesses solve hiring and talent challenges through a consultative approach.
Key Responsibilities Include
- Building and developing relationships with clients and candidates
- Understanding client needs and providing tailored solutions
- Managing the full consultative sales process from introduction to placement
- Identifying new business opportunities and growing existing accounts
- Conducting market research and staying ahead of industry trends
- Negotiating commercial agreements and managing stakeholder expectations
- Working towards individual and team targets in a supportive environment

Requirements
- Minimum 2:1 Bachelor's degree
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Commercially aware with a genuine interest in business and sales
- Highly ambitious with a strong work ethic
- Resilient, proactive, and goal-oriented
- Competitive mindset, whether through academics, sports, societies, or previous work experience
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Previous sales experience is beneficial but not essential. Attitude and potential are far more important.
