This is a sales-focused role where you'll learn to identify top talent, build relationships with senior professionals, develop new business and manage the recruitment process from start to finish. H&P Executive Search partners with leading international businesses, including Magic Circle law firms and global organisations across the UK, Europe and the US.
What You'll Be Doing
- Managing the recruitment process from initial conversation through to placement.
- Becoming a market specialist within your sector.
- Building relationships with senior candidates and clients.
- Learning how to originate and deliver high value executive search assignments.
- Working closely with experienced consultants and directors on live mandates.

What We Offer
- £27,000 basic salary with uncapped commission.
- Realistic Year 1 earnings of £40,000–£60,000.
- £80,000+ earning potential in Year 2.
- £150,000+ earning potential in Year 3.

What We're Looking For

This Role Could Be Great For
- Recent graduates from any degree discipline (2:1 and above preferred)
- Individuals with a competitive mindset, whether through sport, academics or previous work experience.
- People with experience in sales, business development, hospitality, retail, marketing or other customer facing roles.
- Strong communicators who enjoy building relationships and speaking with others.
- Ambitious, self motivated individuals looking for rapid progression and uncapped earning potential.
- Those with a positive attitude, willingness to learn, and the confidence to thrive in a fast paced, target driven environment.
