What does the role involve?

As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you will:

  • Build relationships with new clients through business development and cold calling
  • Source and qualify candidates for specialist technical roles
  • Manage the full recruitment process from start to finish
  • Become a market specialist and build your personal brand
  • Negotiate deals and earn commission on every placement
  • Run your own desk like a business within the business
