The Harnham Academy
Our structured Academy programme combines classroom learning with hands-on experience and ongoing coaching from managers and our dedicated Learning & Development team.
Months 1–3: Learn the Foundations
You'll learn how to:
- Source and engage top talent
- Build relationships with candidates
- Conduct interviews and qualification calls
- Write compelling job adverts
- Manage interview processes
- Become a specialist in the Data & AI market
Months 3–6: Choose Your Path
Continue developing as a specialist 180 recruiter, building deep expertise in candidate delivery. OR
Get help with your application
Your very own career expert that helps elevate your application to the next level.
Transition into full 360 recruitment, managing client relationships, winning new business and owning the entire recruitment process.
