Role Overview
What You’ll Be Doing
Client Development
- Build and manage relationships with hiring managers and business leaders across your specialist sector, from Fortune 500 giants to the fastest-growing start-ups.
- Negotiate agreements, understand their talent needs, and become their go-to talent partner.
Candidate Engagement
- Identify and headhunt top mid-to-senior and executive-level professionals.
- Make proactive outreach, build a pipeline of exceptional talent through genuine relationship-building and connections.

End-to-End Process Management
- Own the full recruitment cycle, from introductions and interviews through to offer negotiation and post-placement support.
- Be the reliable point of contact for both clients and candidates.

- Work with best-in-class tools and data to identify opportunities, track market trends, and sharpen outreach.
- Turn insights into results while maintaining the human element — technology supercharges expertise and relationships, it doesn’t replace them.
Requirements
What We’re Looking For
- No necessity for recruitment experience, but you must have the right mindset:
- Ambition: Desire to build, earn well, and grow fast.
- Communication: Confidence, clarity, and adaptability in engaging with others.
- Professionalism: Preparedness, follow-through, and mature conduct.
- Work ethic: Demonstrated through sports, part-time work, internships, or academic achievements.
- Predicted 2:1 degree (or above) or 2+ years' experience in a sales environment.
