The Role: Trainee Recruitment Consultant
A structured path to career growth within 360° recruitment and business development in the ServiceNow ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
- Headhunting—investigating and engaging potential candidates.
- Cold calling and LinkedIn outreach for client engagement.
- Advertising, networking and consultative sales in a specialist tech space.
- Studying the ServiceNow market and advising clients on hiring strategy.
- Sourcing candidates for roles including:
- Technical Consultants
- Developers
- Business Analysts
- Pre-Sales Specialists
- Organising interviews, assessment processes and pushing candidates through the pipeline.
- Coaching candidates to help them succeed at interviews.
- Making placements and earning how your earnings work.

The Ideal Candidate
- Degree educated (in any field).
- Highly articulate and empathetic—proven track record as a strong people person.
- Competitive and driven by success, with evidence to back it up (small wins matter, but tangible impact is key).
- A curiosity for tech, or willingness to learn:
- You don’t need prior ServiceNow experience—either through study or existing roles.
- What’s crucial is your investing time to understand how this ecosystem works.
