Graduate Recruitment Consultant - Tech & IT Sector - UK & US Desks Available

Bristol City Centre

Salary: £26,000–£28,000 basic + commission (OTE £55,000 Year 1)

About the Role

We're hiring ambitious graduates to join some of Bristol's most successful recruitment companies, placing tech and IT professionals across the UK and US markets. As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you'll own the full process - from winning clients to placing candidates - with your earnings directly reflecting your effort.

UK and US shift patterns are available, giving you flexibility to build your desk in the market that suits you.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Business development: building relationships with hiring managers at tech companies across the UK and US
  • Headhunting and sourcing candidates across software, infrastructure, data, and broader IT markets
  • Managing the full recruitment cycle - from first brief to accepted offer
  • Building your own client and candidate network over time

  • 2:1 degree or above (any discipline)
